RK Architect · RK Builders · Relevé Capital
Three companies, one body of expertise, and a design system built to help the right opportunities recognize it.
An ongoing creative partnership spanning architecture, construction, multifamily investment, two live company websites, a complete investment brand, proposals, pitch materials, and board-facing design presentations.
This is an ongoing partnership. Both company websites are live, while Relevé Capital continues to be refined as the business develops.
An ongoing creative partnership
Robert already had decades of experience. My role has been helping that experience arrive clearly in the room.
Robert is an architect, builder, special inspector, project strategist, and aspiring multifamily general partner. His work reaches across buildings, construction, forensic thinking, investment analysis, client presentations, and the quieter documents that often determine whether someone is invited into a larger opportunity.
Our work together has grown into a connected system. The websites introduce his expertise. The branding gives each company a recognizable identity. The proposals help decision-makers understand the value of working with him. The design presentations carry that trust into active projects.
Each deliverable has its own audience and purpose, while all of them return to the same underlying idea: Robert’s combined architectural and construction experience gives him an unusually practical understanding of how ambitious work moves from concept into execution.
RK Architect, P.A. + RK Builders, Inc.
The first website needed to make the architect-builder advantage immediate.
Robert wanted an earthy, professional website capable of attracting more substantial clients and presenting the full weight of his background. The site serves both RK Architect and RK Builders, allowing architecture and construction to appear as connected parts of one practice.
I designed the complete visual direction and wrote the site copy from the project descriptions, career history, credentials, and technical context Robert shared with me. His About section, project narratives, service language, calls to action, and inquiry path were shaped to make his experience understandable without flattening its depth.
Since launch, Robert has reported a meaningful increase in client recognition and incoming inquiries through phone calls, email, and the website form. He has also observed stronger organic search-engine visibility, even without a completed external backlink program.
A strong technical, structural, and content foundation is already in place.
Metadata, page quality, structure, internal links, and server factors have been addressed.
Robert has noticed more service inquiries and greater recognition since launch.
The site repeatedly clarifies the advantage of understanding both design and construction.
The next company
Relevé Capital began with a difficult question: how could Robert make his value visible before someone thought to invite him into a deal?
Robert had spent years learning about multifamily acquisitions, attending groups, building relationships, and showing up in rooms where partnerships were formed. His goal was to contribute as a general partner through architecture, construction, due diligence, and execution.
Relevé Capital gave that ambition a formal home. The company positions his architect-builder advantage as a practical way to elevate the standard of multifamily execution, from evaluating a property through planning and construction.
The website needed to feel elegant, credible, and ready to share during investor conversations. It also needed enough structure to explain a company still in the process of building its first partnerships.

Branding the act of elevation
The name became a movement, and the movement became the mark.
In ballet, a relevé is the act of rising. That meaning gave the company a natural visual symbol: a dancer lifting through the center of the wordmark, carrying the promise of elevation into the identity itself.
I developed the primary logo, logomark, color system, typography, and foundational brand assets before translating the identity into the website.
- The ballerina becomes the visual “L” within the Relevé wordmark.
- The Frunchy Sage “R” curves inward naturally, allowing the dancer to sit closely beside it in the logomark.
- Soft and saturated blues communicate clarity, confidence, and upward movement.
- Burgundy, white, grey, and black create contrast and give the investment identity greater depth.
- Playfair Display supports the professional, editorial character of the company.
A website built for the next conversation
Relevé needed to hold credibility while the company was still gathering momentum.
I created a multi-page website covering the investment approach, architect-builder advantage, investor information, opportunities, contact, virtual coffee, privacy policy, and terms of use.
The site is live while Robert continues refining company language, partnership structures, and legal pages. It gives him a complete destination to share when conversations move beyond an introduction and someone wants to understand how he intends to contribute.
Robert has since connected with investors interested in exploring partnerships with him. The website now gives those conversations a more credible place to continue.
The current score reflects a strong live foundation while the company continues developing.
The remaining opportunities are primarily external authority and social-sharing signals.
Architecture, construction, and multifamily investment now have distinct digital homes.
The company identity gives Robert a credible platform for partnership discussions.
The work that continues after launch
A professional reputation is often carried by the document someone opens after the first conversation.
My work with Robert extends into architectural proposals, reference packages, pitch materials, project decks, product presentations, and the documents that support board and client decisions.
I developed a comprehensive proposal template that Robert has used across major pursuits. The system organizes his experience, consultant scope, references, credentials, fees, and project understanding into a polished framework that can be adapted without rebuilding the presentation each time.
That proposal system has supported pursuits that led to substantial commissions, including Robert’s work for Ocean Palms Condominium Association.
From the website into the room
Proposals and presentations designed to help complex work feel clear, considered, and ready for a decision.
These selected pages show the wider communication system created around Robert’s practice: reusable proposal infrastructure, project framing, material research, architectural coordination, and board-facing visual direction.

Listen for the advantage
Robert’s experience, credentials, goals, and project history become the foundation for every visual and written system.
Shape the identity
Each company receives a distinct visual world while remaining grounded in the same reputation for execution.
Build the evidence
Websites, project descriptions, proposals, references, and presentations make the expertise easier to recognize and trust.
Support the opportunity
The system continues into active pursuits, board reviews, project decisions, and the materials needed for the next conversation.
Across every viewport
Both websites needed to carry professional authority from a large presentation screen to the phone used between meetings.
RK Architect presents a grounded, project-focused experience shaped around experience and technical credibility. Relevé Capital carries a more elegant investment identity, using the ballerina mark, deep contrasts, and a quieter sense of movement.
Each website was designed responsively so its structure, proof, navigation, and calls to action remain clear at every scale.
Sometimes the work is already extraordinary. It simply needs a language, a structure, and a place where other people can finally understand its scale.
What this partnership continues to prove
Design becomes most powerful when it continues beyond the moment of launch.
This body of work has grown through an ongoing understanding of Robert’s goals, his projects, and the kinds of rooms he wants to enter next. Each new deliverable carries the history of the ones before it, giving the larger system more consistency and depth over time.
The websites introduce the expertise. The brand gives the ambition a visible form. The proposals help someone consider the opportunity. The presentations carry the relationship into real decisions and physical spaces.
Together, they create something larger than a collection of polished files. They create a professional world capable of growing alongside the person it was built to represent.
